Installation: ============= Before starting with the installation process, make sure that the adapter is properly installed and configured. You can use the diagnostic program (A:\SETUP.EXE) in DOS mode to make sure your connection with the network is correct. Install Driver While Installing Client32: ----------------------------------------- When you are going to install your Client 32 software, please refer to the following steps to setup the driver for adapter: 1) Turn the power of your PC on to boot from Windows 95. Windows 95 may auto-detect your new adapter install, and the "New Hardware Found" dialogue box will appear. Select "Next"->"Finished" to make Win95 never see this adapter again. 2) Execute SETUP.EXE from Disk 1 of the Client 32 for Windows 95 software. 3) When the Network window comes up, remove the components already installed, if any. Select "Add adapter" -> "Have Disk..." to install driver from the diskette that comes with your lan adapter. 4) Insert the driver diskette into your floppy drive, and specify the path of the driver in the diskette(i.e. A:\NETWARE\CLIENT32.W95) to copy the driver files to your system. 5) You can select "PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter" from the Network Components list, and, click "Bindings" to ensure that it binds with "IPX 32-Bit Protocol for Novell NetWare Client 32". 6) When the Client 32 installation is completed, reboot your PC.
