7800 Family Manager Diskette V2.11 (P/N 10L9293)
FIX:
A new 7800 Family Manager Diskette has been released which will allow Windows NT to be installed by booting the CD.
After booting the NT CD press <F6> when the message "setup is inspecting your system" appears on the screen.
Use diskette P/N 00N8689 - 7800 Family Manager Diskette (Win NT V4.0, Win NT V3.51, NetWare V3_X, NetWare, OS/2 2/1X/Warp/SMP)
V3.01 I37 or higher to install the NT4 driver for the on-board SCSI controller.

The Netfinity 5000 uses the new Adaptec 7895 chipset on the systemboard.
The Adaptec 78xx driver that ships on the Windows NT 4.0 CD-ROM is incompatible with this new chipset.
