In the following error codes and model numbers, X can be any
number or letter.
Where the model number is used to identify an error, XX
used in place of the last 2 digits can be any number or letter.
NOTE:
For IBM devices not supported by the QAPlus/PRO diagnostics code, refer to
the manual for that device.
